Privacy and cookie policy

This page explains which data may be processed when visiting the Imprim'ER website and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Imprim'ER. For questions about your data, email imprimer@hotsoup.be.

2. Data processed

The website has no user accounts, customer area or form. Imprim'ER therefore does not directly collect information entered by visitors on this website.

Hosting may nevertheless generate technical logs containing an IP address, request date and time, requested page and browser information. This data is used to deliver, secure and diagnose the website on the basis of the legitimate interest in its availability and security. It is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and according to the host’s configuration.

3. Cookies and trackers

As of this update, the website does not place advertising, analytics or personalisation cookies and uses no tracker requiring consent. No consent banner is therefore displayed.

If a consent-based tool is added later, it will be blocked until consent is obtained and this policy will be updated.

4. Hosting, fonts and external platforms

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. The fonts used by the website are hosted locally and do not generate requests to Google Fonts. Links to Instagram, Cults3D, Etsy or Patreon send visitors to those services only after they choose to follow a link; the platforms’ own policies then apply.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where those rights apply. Contact Imprim'ER at imprimer@hotsoup.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

6. Updates

This policy may change if the website’s features, providers or processing activities change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
